5 – MANAGEMENT - NUTRITION
This section of the Teacher Workshop relates how the
criterion of "Management" is shown in the
Liftoff product. It describes a lesson dealing with
the concept of "Nutrition" as conducted in
the Space Shuttle. It focuses on providing some complex
classroom interactions as a way of showing the criterion
in action.
This section then provides a demonstration of the lesson
showing the aspects of Management featured in Liftoff.
